In early 2004, I decided to start a newsletter of sorts. My initial plan was to publish an issue every other week. 
Soon, I found out that it was a lot more work than I could possibly put into doing it correctly.  However, I still have the issues online, and I may once again start the newsletter again (perhaps quarterly).
